A newly converted holiday let late 2008, Heligan Cottage is situated on the edge and within walking distance of the hugely quintessential and easily accessible village of St Ewe complete with the essential and renowned 16th century village pub The Crown (Under New Ownership since November 2011 – excellent food!).

Retaining many original features yet providing the most modern accommodation and facilities, this two bedroom holiday home is ideal for a young family with up to 2 children or perfect for that romatic break.

Providing an open plan lounge, oak fronted kitchen with Belfast sink, dining area, separate master bedroom, children's room with bunk beds and a modern 3 piece bathroom. There is off road parking and ample Gardens to the side; Also, this year, there is a landscaped and decked, external sunbathing, BBQ and dining area.

Complete with flat screen TV with built in DVD player, Freeview and input ports for gaming and HDMI. Heligan Cottage also offers free WIFI.

Single pet friendly and bikers more than welcome (Paul will even ride out with you on his bike), the cottage is ideally positioned for surfers, beach bumpkins, country lovers and explorers alike.

Where the rivers meet the sea; Explore the beautiful river estuaries of the Fowey, Helford and the Fal; The unspoilt fishing villages and harbours of Mevagissey, Gorran Haven, Polperro and Looe; The sandy bays of St Austell, Whitsand and Gerrans; The vibrant waterfront communities of Falmouth and Fowey with stylish yachts and brightly coloured fishing boats.

Charlestown

Within easy reach of the Eden Project, the cottage was actually named after its neighbouring estate containing the famous Lost Gardens of Heligan seat of the Tremayne family for more than 400 years, it is one of the most mysterious estates and gardens in England to date.
